Description
The Vice President of Insights and Custom Analytic is a leadership role. The responsibilities include driving solution strategies, providing pre-sales support, and serving as Subject Matter Expert on client engagements. Business Intelligence and Custom Analytics solutions target Retail, CPG, Manufacturing industries to provide insights at the intersection of business functions and modern technologies leveraging cloud data platform, ETL, visualization tools. Understanding of supply chain, merchandising, marketing, operation processes and application of descriptive analytics is paramount to success in this role.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Define solution strategy: Develop a compelling value proposition and support it with sales materials.
  • Support sales process (presales): Work closely with the sales organization to provide subject matter expertise during the sales process, address technology-related questions, build and deliver demos as needed, develop proposals and deal pricing.
  • Delivery subject matter expertise: Act as an SME during delivery to ensure the solution meets the requirements and delivers client value.
  • Work closely with other solution leaders to identify cross-sell and joint go to market opportunities.
  • Develop client solutions by leveraging visualization solutions like Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI or Custom open source UI, cloud technologies like AWS, AZURE and integration tools like Informatica, SAP PO, Knime.
  • Ability to interact with client business stakeholders to explain the business impact and IT stakeholders to discuss technology options are critical to the success of this role.

Qualifications and skills:
The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of descriptive analytics solution space and Retail, CPG and Manufacturing industries. Strong customer presence and technical solutioning skills are required to be successful in this role. Professional services experience combined with pre-sales skills is highly preferred.

  • Experience / Education. Overall 12+ years’ experience working for a consulting services setup or BI responsibility within Retail, CPG, Manufacturing businesses. 5+ years of experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI 3+ years’ experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure 5+ years of pre-sales experience working with an enterprise Experience working with enterprise systems like SAP, Oracle, JDA. Antuit is seeking a mid-level supply chain consultant, who has the knowledge and hands-on experience developing supply chain management solutions, such as demand and supply planning, visualizations, and report generation tools with SQL and Tableau.

 The candidate will work under the supervision of a senior manager and should be able to work closely with Antuit clients to provide insight about different aspects of their supply chain and support planners with relevant KPIs across the supply chain. The position offers an excellent opportunity to interact and contribute to building world-class data-driven planning solutions. Data science knowledge and coding experience in R or Python is preferred.

 Role Purpose

  1. Develop analytical visualization dashboards and reporting tools for supply chain planning solutions.
  2. Develop supply chain and planning reports using SQL and Tableau for distribution to clients and key stakeholders.
  3. Generate forecast accuracy reports and analyze the impact of client-specific KPIs in resource planning.

The enterprise cloud architect will be responsible for:

MS in CS is preferred, Hands-on experience designing architecture for enterprise solutions. 10+ years hands-on experience of being affiliated with enterprise solution development and deployments. 4+ years’ experience functioning in a lead technical role on large web projects. 3+ years of AWS architecture experience with at least AWS Solution Architect - Associate certification. 2+ years of exposure to big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Scala, etc.) stack is preferred
  • Knowledge Solid knowledge of infrastructure technologies and cloud native services. Experience working in agile teams with short release cycles
  • Strong communication and presentation skills. Possess strong verbal, written and team presentation communication skills
