The Associate Vice President of Product Engineering is responsible for working closely with Product Management, User Experience, Sales, and Support teams to deliver an enterprise product suite.  The ideal candidate will have experience, with a proven track record, of leading cross-functional, cross-geography teams delivering Cloud and SaaS based enterprise solutions to the market.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Responsible for leadership, management, and oversight of development, architecture, and engineering support.
  • Responsible for overall Quality of service for the Platform technologies and services delivered for the full suite of product(s).
  • Define and implement the development methodologies that will achieve availability of these new solutions as quickly as possible while ensuring high-level of quality.
  • Drive the program execution of the software from product definition through successful release and transfer to Support.
  • Implement the Agile-based development practices that will achieve availability of new solutions as quickly as possible while still ensuring great quality.
  • Leads and reinforces company values and culture in day-to-day behaviors, management style, and expectations of employees. This individual will be looked upon to inspire confidence and add additional leadership strength to the broader management team.
  • Keeps current on new technologies and makes recommendations on future directions as appropriate. Educates and leads the engineering teams in design practices for cloud-based products.
  • Identifies and fills technical gaps and facilitates knowledge transfer throughout the organization.
  • Develops and maintains domain, product and process knowledge to improve the market alignment, product quality and engineering practices.
  • Collaborates with cross functional groups to understand the business needs and build solutions to address those needs.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 15+ years’ experience in software development with end to end responsibility for commercial software products at least 5-7 years of experience in a product-based organization.
  • A solid product engineering foundation indicated by a demonstrated understanding of product design of complex web-based enterprise applications for a SaaS multi-tenant environment.
  • Extensive software engineering development and design experience with complex and highly scalable products using multiple technologies, platforms and languages.
  • Experience in SCRUM & Agile software development methodologies, values and practices.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills. Candidate must possess strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to attract top talent and plan for succession; demonstrated success in motivating and cultivating high performing teams and instituting change where needed; high energy and passion for nurturing great engineers, teams, and products.

The Account Manager position works closely with Antuit’s Sales & Marketing, Go-to-Market (GTM) and Business Unit (BU) teams to expand and grow Antuit’s existing client base business in the Northeast Region.  The Account Manager is responsible for identifying and closing new sales opportunities within Antuit’s existing client portfolio. Antuit is looking for a mid-level data scientist, who has knowledge and experience in developing complex predictive analytics and statistical forecasting models, particularly in Supply Chain and forecasting, using data science toolkits based on SAS-HPF statistical modelling methodology. Senior Data Engineer Qualifications and Skills

The Inside Sales Executive is actively involved in the entire organic sales funnel and is responsible for client research, lead generation, appointment and facilitation discussion with potential new clients. Antuit is a global company and this position requires working in U.S. time zones.

Inside Sales Executive Responsibilities and Duties

  • Conduct research to identify new accounts and decision makers, and then generate interest from targeted email campaigns and cold calling.
  • Articulate Antuit's value proposition to decision makers and assess areas of interest.
  • Arrange meetings and high-level conversations for appropriate internal team members with senior executives.
  • Build a strategic portfolio of sales collateral for business meetings.
  • Provide a weekly progress report in HubSpot.

Inside Sales Executive Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2-6 years’ experience overall with 1-3 years in a sales capacity. Specific experience in analytics sales or presales, lead generation, engaging with US clients, delivering analytics solutions (visualizations, modelling, etc.), and mining accounts with various tools and techniques, including CRM and Microsoft products.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills. Proficient in English in reading, writing with excellent conversational English. Candidates must have the ability to build a rapport over the phone.
  • Strong understanding of analytics, with the ability to articulate Antuit’s value proposition to key business decision makers is essential for being successful in this role.
  • Energy and enthusiasm. A fearless attitude with a willingness to take intelligent risks.
